Outkast embarked on an ambitious venture for Property Bank Australia, breathing new life into the structure at 128 Bundall Road, Gold Coast.

This extensive endeavor saw a comprehensive external rejuvenation and facade enhancement. From a fresh coat of paint to the introduction of new external tiling, every element was meticulously chosen. The surroundings were further beautified with the addition of garden beds and a striking new pylon sign. But the transformation didn't stop there; the interiors, including new amenities and a level 1 tenancy, were given a fresh, contemporary facelift.

Stepping into the revamped lobby, one is immediately struck by the attention to detail. The entrance sets a tone of understated luxury with features like:

  • Laminate door paneling accentuated by matt black join lines, seamlessly integrating the fire panel.
  • Finegrain black wall cladding, punctuated by 20mm brass detailing.
  • Expansive 1200mm x 600mm Andes outdoor floor tiles, which gracefully extend up the lobby walls, set against dark grey grout. This is framed by brass-style flat bar detailing around the lift reveals.
  • Elegant Steccawood cladding wrapping the columns.
  • Linear light fixtures adorning the lift lobby ceiling, complemented by a lofty ceiling.
  • Brass flute pendant lights casting a warm glow over seating areas.
  • A gyprock set ceiling, embedded with track lighting, completing the look.

At Outkast, design is more than just aesthetics; it's about creating experiences. With this project, our designers have truly outdone themselves, transforming the lobby into a realm of luxury and sophistication.
