Our recent project at The Greenhouse – West Village was no exception. With Commerce Vision as our client, we embarked on a journey to craft a workspace that transcends the ordinary and sets a new standard for contemporary office design. Our Client: Commerce Vision

Commerce Vision, a forward-thinking company in the e-commerce industry, recognised the importance of creating an office space that would not only reflect their values but also foster collaboration, creativity and innovation among their team. They entrusted us with the task of reinventing their workspace in a post-pandemic world, envisioning a place that employees would eagerly return to—a hub of light, brightness and contemporary design.

Light, Bright, Contemporary: Our Design Brief

The essence of our design brief was clear—light, brightness and contemporary aesthetics. In response, we curated a workspace that transcends the boundaries of traditional office design. We aimed to create an environment that would not only inspire but also motivate and entice employees back to the office after the remote work era.

Natural Light and City Views

One of the standout features of 'The Greenhouse' was its abundant natural light and panoramic city skyline views. The building's infrastructure and design provided an extraordinary backdrop, perfectly harmonising modern and heritage elements with a generous infusion of lush greenery. It was an ideal canvas for us to work with.

Space Transformation: Kitchen/Work Café and More

Our transformation process included reimagining key areas within the workspace. We designed a spacious kitchen/work café area that effortlessly merged with a larger-sized boardroom. This flexibility allowed for the creation of a dynamic 'Townhall and Event' space, capable of hosting a variety of functions.

Collaboration Zones and Quiet Rooms

The floorplan was carefully designed to cater to a diverse range of workstyles and preferences. Open-plan workstations were strategically mixed with collaboration zones, creating a vibrant atmosphere conducive to teamwork. Additionally, acoustic-treated quiet rooms and collaboration booths offered employees a dedicated space for focused work or private discussions.
