Spanning 290 square meters, this thoughtfully designed space features a 10-person boardroom, an 8-person meeting room, three private offices, a quiet room and 24 workstations, each carefully arranged to foster productivity and collaboration. The suite's contemporary industrial feel is evident in the materiality selections, with exposed ceilings painted in a deep, dark hue that instantly commands attention. In the breakout area, custom booth seating and textured gloss splashback tiles exemplify our commitment to detail and quality in every design element.

Further enhancing the space, textured concrete arches and bespoke wall sconce lighting combine to create an ambiance of sophistication and warmth. Feature pendant lighting adds softness, complementing the dark kitchen cabinetry, which extends the refined colour scheme throughout the tenancy.
